1. Introduction

Welcome to TREDUS ERP. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the TREDUS ERP software and related services
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using our service
• "Account" refers to your registered user account
• "Data" refers to any information you input or store in our system

3. Service Description

TREDUS ERP provides comprehensive business management solutions including:

• Inventory management
• Sales and purchase order processing
• Financial accounting and reporting
• Customer relationship management
• Employee management
• Multi-warehouse operations
• Tax and compliance management

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Data Accuracy

You must ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your data.

4.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Data Privacy and Security

6. Service Availability

7. Payment Terms

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the TREDUS ERP software and service remain our property. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• We will retain your data for a limited period as specified in our data retention policy
• You may request data export within 30 days of termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TREDUS ERP is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
